Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that

     "An Act relating to the disposition of certain unused campaign                                                             
     contributions; and relating to public office expense term accounts

Representatives Johnson and Doogan moved and asked unanimous                                                                    
consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a                                                                
conflict of interest.  Objection was heard, and the members were                                                                
required to vote.                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
Representative Austerman moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                              
amendment to CSHB 333(STA), thus adopting CSHB 333(STA)                                                                         
am S, and recommended that the members vote yes.
